Mud Cleaner

The XBSY QJ Series Mud Cleaner is an integrated solids control unit that combines 300 mm desander cyclones (2 units), 125 mm desilter cyclones (12 units), and a linear-motion shale shaker to provide efficient multi-stage removal of unwanted solids from drilling fluid.

During operation, drilling fluid first enters the hydrocyclones for primary separation. The separated overflow is returned to the active mud system, while the cyclone underflow is discharged onto the shaker for further screening and solids removal. This combined design provides effective particle separation while maintaining a compact footprint of approximately 2960 × 2100 × 2400 mm, making it well suited for space-limited drilling sites.
